Anita joined us in 2004 and is responsible for inputting and progressing all orders received.

When we moved to Glossop, Derbyshire, we thought it right to recruit a local. And so Anita joined us.

We realised we had 'induction' problems when Anita spent the first week looking at her computer screen, waiting for 'Coronation Street' to appear. It then took a further two weeks to get Anita to understand that the TV remote control does not operate the computer.
