Joanne joined us in the summer of 2010 having just obtained an Honours degree in Painting by Numbers.
Joanne quickly earned the respect and admiration of all of us here with her drive and determination. On second thoughts, the word ‘drive’ is perhaps not appropriate, given that Joanne failed her driving test 34 times.
Joanne can be a bit dizzy at times. One Christmas, she was given a scarf as a present, but took it back to the shop because it was too tight. On another occasion, Joanne was seen staring intensely at a carton of orange juice, because on the side of the carton it said ‘concentrate’.
Never a dull moment with Joanne.
